Provide companionship including social interactions, emotional reassurance and initiate activities that stimulate the mind.
Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands
Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments.
Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Implementing the care plan as instructed
Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service.
